Carol Pinto - Rosie's JacketMy granddaughter Rosie Bee turned 3 years of age on March 3. For her birthday I made her a paper doll quilt blanket and a quilted spring jacket. For Rosie’s Jacket I primarily used fabrics from the “Love Note” collection from Lella Boutique for Moda Fabrics. I did purchase additional fabric and used a few prints from my stash. For the jacket lining I selected a blue chambray. I purchased the “Cute as a Button Baby Jacket Pattern'' by Jackie Clark from the Quiltfolk website. | Carol Pinto - PaperDoll QuiltI purchased the Original Paper Doll Blanket pattern on Etsy from Glenn Ann and Laura. The blanket fabric was purchased from Missouri Quilt company and Fabric.com. I used a pink quilted broadcloth for the blanket and Love Note - First Crush Cloud for the borders. The doll was constructed from Kona Cottons…sand for the body and coffee for the hair. Paper Doll Blanket Hook and Loop Fabric was needed for the undies so the doll’s clothes would stick. I used my stash for the clothes. | Anne SiglerA very special quilt made for my great grandson Miles’ big boy bed... designed from some pictures his mother showed me ... she loves the vintage look. |
Sue KoryckiI embroidered the label which is a new skill for me. | Sue Koryckishirts, pants, onesies, bibs and blankets. I embroidered the label which is a new skill for me. | Corine WintersI changed the pattern for the zippy clutch bag by using clear vinyl for the front pocket so I can see my cell phone. |
